£10 shipping - 48hr courier - includes free heatpack & extra styrofoam as needed in cold weather
(We are shielding the children so I can only using a door to door courier)
* I am currently using a 60hr heatpack & styrofoam in case of postal delays *
INTERNATIONAL:
I am sorry but I cannot ship outside of the U.K at this time.
Order Cut Off Time for the Monday shipping is 2pm on a Saturday
- if you forgot something & want to add to an existing order please just check out as usual by this time & I will refund the extra shipping cost when I process your order.

Sending any live animal is a risk that you, as the buyer, are prepared to take... I do my best to ensure they are packaged as securely as possible to make sure that they arrive as alive & healthy as they were when they left here.
I will NOT refund shipping costs.
I will refund snails dead on arrival ONLY with photographic proof & ONLY if notified within 24hrs of delivery
- ALL snail parcels are tracked & I am aware of when they arrive with you.
I do not usually sell wild caught snails as they can have trouble adapting to captivity & there may be losses
but on the rare occasion that I do I will ensure that you are aware of the risks of buying wild caught snails.
If more than 1 snail dies during transit, please send me a clear photo with them all together
- separate photos of individual snails are NOT acceptable.
